All our hand-crafted furniture is covered under our 5-year structural guarantee with domestic household use. The guarantee begins from the date you take delivery of your furniture or purchase in-store.

This guarantee refers to all qualifying orders from the 1st of January 2024.
1. All qualifying items will display the guarantee logo on the original listing, confirmation will also be sent following purchase.
2. The guarantee is not transferable and will be voided for items where ownership has been transferred.
3. This guarantee applies only in normal domestic circumstances and while the goods are in use in the United Kingdom.
4. This guarantee may be deemed invalid if the goods have not been maintained as per the Care Instructions or any misuse & wilful neglect.
5. Natural characteristics of the wood including expected movement is not factored in the guarantee. This includes bows, twists, cracks & splitting, this may be different If any of these factors are structurally affecting the item and making it unusable although anything aesthetically will not be considered.
6. Guarantee will be VOID if you alter, modify or repair the item yourself unless written confirmation is issued by us only.
7. This guarantee is covered for domestic use only and not in a commercial setting of any kind. 
8. Damage or delamination to the finishing of any product caused as a result of contamination, such as strong liquid chemical products, bodily fluids or other lotions.
9. Guarantee does not include general wear & tear or excessive cleaning while using incorrect methods.


Making an eligible claim will settle in one of the following & at our discretion: Repair, Replacement or Refund.

Repair Work
Proposing a repair, we will complete this in a timely, professional manner where we will book a suitable time & date for both parties. We require your assistance to support us while the work is being carried out whether at the residence or if the item(s) requires bringing back to the workshop then redelivering. Once repairs are complete, the guarantee will continue to apply for the remainder of the period. In exceptional circumstances, we may abandon the repair and offer an alternative method - replacement if appropriate.

Replacement
When appropriate, we will offer a full replacement product if we are unable to repair it. If the furniture design is still active and readily available, we can offer a full like-for-like replacement. In the circumstance this exact product is not available we can offer a comparable model and design. In this instance, you may be required to pay the difference in price if exceeding the initial cost. Once a replacement has been issued, the guarantee will CEASE and the replacement WILL NOT be covered by this guarantee. 

Refund
In the circumstances where the two options above are not adequate, we will refund the price you originally paid for the product (Excluding delivery or service charges). Total maximum liability under this guarantee is limited to the original purchase price.
