Understated with it’s elegant lines and traditional wood stain finish, this bathroom cabinet is a must-have for your space. This has been created from 100% solid wood and has been designed to be a good useable piece of furniture while an excellent solution for storage with the adapted ‘U’ drawer and internal cupboard space.

Crafted from our workshop in Hull East Yorkshire, the item will arrive fully assembled on delivery & ready to install. Each cabinet is created to a universal fit with a drawer that has been specially adapted to allow the basin waste & extra room for the taps if positioned centrally or off-center.

The vanity unit has been created for a wet room environment and will be sure to stay perfect for many years being finished in a wonderful varnish satin. Staining the wooden frame with the varnish will not only make the unit watertight & waterproof but leave a wonderfully smooth and professional finish once complete.

Purchase is for the cabinet only & does NOT include the basin or taps.
 

INSTALLING, the item is created with NO Pre-Drilled Holes which allows full flexibility in where your basin/taps can situate. We also feature a wooden backing on the unit, which is Pinned on with nails; here the installer can remove and make any amendments required, for instance cutting for pipework to the basin then re-attaching.

DELIVERY
All our furniture is hand-crafted from our craftspeople based in Hull, East Yorkshire. Being hand-made, this isn't a typical off-the-shelf product so we ask to expect an approximate lead time of 4-6 weeks for manufacture, assembly and delivery.

This is a generic lead time and we do always hope to get this completed in the shortest time possible although if you are bound to time restrictions and have set deadlines, we would encourage on contacting us first to discuss requirements. 

RETURNS
We hope you have no issues or concerns about your new order although in the instance your order isn't as expected, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note, to return the item(s) for a full refund, your order must be in it's original packaging, in original condition and NOT modified in any way. 

To start the return process, we would ask you to email this to info@ecotones.co.uk and providing your order number & delivery postcode. 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

You may have noticed, we love wood! The majority of our products are built entirely or part with wood/timber, in order to keep it looking it's best, we have outlined some routine checks below.

• If required, use coasters, placemats and table clothes to protect the finish and risk of damage
• To clean, A light dust with a dry, soft cotton cloth is suitable for day-to-day cleaning on the surfaces
• Clean up spills immediately with a damp cloth
• Be careful not to drag objects across finished surfaces although a little character never hurts.
• Use protective felt on the feet or bases to prevent scratching floors. Some items arrive with adjustable feet/rubber stops already.
• Re-treat waxed or oiled furniture periodically - details will be provided at the point of purchase
• Do not place furniture in direct sunlight as this can cause the finish to fade
• Do not place furniture next to heaters, radiators or vents as this may cause the item to move dramatically.

 

EXPECT WOOD MOVEMENT

Remember, timber is a natural product and is very much susceptible to movement over its lifetime. We use both air-dried oak and kiln-dried pine timber & although both items have lost the majority of moisture at the time of use, wood being wood will continue to move and develop until finally settling in your warm and cozy home.

To note, following delivery of your order and once situated in your home, you may find movement to start - just know this is all completely normal and expected as it adjusts to its new climate (Your Home).
