This purchase is for the 5-piece bathroom furnishing set we have been discussing over both email & phone. Please referer to CAD drawings showing details on each project, purchase insists of Vanity Cabinet, Inset Recessed Body LARGE, Inset Recessed Body SMALLER, Window Sill & Wardrobe/Storage Cabinet. 

Important Pieces to note for each project below. 

Vanity Cabinet - Removed Horizontal sections on legs, lowered chimney to the top of 2nd shelf, tabletop to be 20mm larger at the back which will then allow to sit flush with call considering skirting. 

LARGE INSET/Recess body - 5mm Backboard added, remove 5mm from opening on Length & Width, just ensures perfect fit without any risk. Both shelves will be fixed in place which are equally spaced. 

SMALL INSET/Recess body - 5mm Backboard added, remove 5mm from opening on Length & Width, just ensures perfect fit without any risk. 

Window Sill - Built as per CAD - 2075mm overall Length x 150mm overall Width and cutting out back corners as per sketch. Approx 40mm Thickness Sill. 

Wardrobe/Storage - Amended Size to 605mm Width to fit snug around wall profile. Added 5mm plywood backboard and removed 10mm of height - total height now 2255mm. Doors to be made full height and hinges on either side to open outwards. Doors separated other two rows - handles TBC.

ALL Furniture to be made with 100% solid oak hardwood and all using the same carpentry techniques and wood stain finish - Osmo Polyx Oil. 

ESTIMATED LEAD TIME: 5-7 Weeks Turn around for manufacture and delivery. 

50% deposit with the remaining due on completion.
