This purchase is for the custom bathroom vanity unit we have been discussing over emails. 

To be built as per the attached CAD drawing, this will be a custom design and feature an adapted 'U' shape drawer in the center allowing a single basin. 

Constructed with Pine timber and built with a quartz top, if we could receive the basin too you proceed with, we would be happy to cut out the appropriate hole for waste. Item to be finished in the Warm Oak varnish which we discussed on visit, also including your choice of handles
